Shipping & Return

Policy

We will not accept returns for any products used on hair for sanitary purposes.

Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days of order placement. You'll be notified by email as soon as your order is placed and provided with a tracking number as soon as it ships.

 

Shipping Options & Costs:

• Flat Rate Standard 3-5 business days: $10.00
• Expedited 2-4 business days: $20.00

Note: 

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Mandana Beverly Hills is NOT responsible for undelivered packages. Please make a claim directly with the carrier for packages that have been lost or not delivered.
• We can not accommodate shipping address changes after your order has been placed.
• Once your order is placed it cannot be canceled or altered.

Returns and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us! If you aren’t happy with your product for any reason you can return it for a refund  within 30 days of your order ship date. Once the item is received, then the refund will be processed. 

We will NOT be issuing refunds for the hair perfume, only store credit.
