*Note: Mandana Beverly Hills is not responsible for any delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including priority and express shipping options. Mandana Beverly Hills is not responsible for lost or damaged returns or packages.

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing PO Box numbers, refused or return to sender. Mandana Beverly Hills has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned to the fulfillment facility.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order's billing and shipping address. Due to high order volume, any requests for address changes will be considered, but not guaranteed. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules.

Domestic order processing can take up to 24-72 hours and may take longer during sale time and holidays.

Orders are not fulfilled on the weekends and will be processed the next business day.
